Our Services – KOBiZE Reports

Consequences of Failure to Report to KOBiZE

Failure to comply with KOBiZE reporting obligations may result in serious financial and administrative consequences:

Administrative penalty

of PLN 500 for failure to submit a report on time.

Additional penalty

of up to PLN 2,000 for late submission of a report after the deadline.

Total penalties

depending on the scale of operations, up to a maximum of PLN 8,500 per year.

Statutory interest

charged in the event of late payment of due environmental fees.

Possibility of initiating audit or administrative proceedings by environmental protection authorities.
