Our Services
We offer comprehensive support in preparing and submitting environmental reports required by the Marshal’s Office. Our services include:

Consequences of Failure to Report
Pursuant to the Waste Act of December 14, 2012, an entity that fails to submit the required environmental reports may be subject to the following penalties:
An administrative penalty
of PLN 500 for failure to submit a report.
An additional penalty
of PLN 2,000 for failure to submit a report after the deadline.
The total amount of penalties
for a given calendar year cannot exceed PLN 8,500.
If environmental fees are not paid on time, statutory default interest may be charged, further increasing the company’s financial obligations.
